Initial Lessons - Coaching Students
Founded I&I Personal Performance to offer employability and entrepreneurship skills coaching for students. B2C model proved to be not commercially viable.
First Pivot - Developing Women Entrepreneurs
After initial challenges we further expanded our offerings to female founders, helping them build professional profiles and grow their companies.
Diving into Startups
I&I expanded into the world of tech startups, where we worked with founders in Brazil and helped build acceleration programs. It was the era of hackathons, pitches, theory testing and fast development.
Educational Hackathons
Inspired by the startup world, we developed the Scrum Educational Experience model to bring technology and entrepreneurship into schools and universities. In 2016, we started testing this in London as a social enterprise until it grew into an independent entity in 2019.
Corporate Innovation
After moving all youth programmes to Scrum Educational Experience Ltd., we refined our focus to work with career switchers, entrepreneurs and used the SEE model to support corporate innovation.
Going Online
We took a step back and focused only on existing innovation consulting clients and worked on developing online offerings for our B2B and B2C audience.
Expanding International Reach
